Advantage Referral Service is a fully licensed New Jersey Real Estate company designed for real estate licensed salespeople or brokers who do not wish to pursue real estate sales on a full-time basis, but through their networking and sphere of influence, can generate referral leads. We are not a conventional full service real estate firm as our licensees are not permitted to list and sell properties. They do however refer their buyer/seller leads to full time realtors in full service real estate companies, not only in New Jersey, but anywhere in the country. Our referral agents get paid a commission for doing so. It's an ideal part-time opportunity, when real estate is not your first career.
We are also considered a license holding company. We hold or hang licenses for agents and brokers that want an inexpensive option to just keep their license active, but do not want to list, sell, or even refer leads. This way their license stay active and won't expire.
