The process of joining Advantage Referral Service is easy and simple to do. This information below will help you with the process of joining Advantage Referral Service. However the forms and fees vary depending on your current license status. Please see the examples and information on the (Transfer Info) Page. |

| • COMPLETE ASSOCIATE DATA SHEET |
|
|
| • READ AND SIGN THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT |
|
|
|
• STATUS OF LICENSE FOR TRANSFER
- TRANSFER: Please complete and send one of the following: 1) Have your current broker terminate your license online and you complete NJ REC FORM 002 or 2) Complete and sign Section 1 on the back of your Real Estate License which your former broker will give you, and make sure your former broker has signed and dated Section 2.

- NEW LICENSEE: Please send 1) Completed and Signed Application, (the one you got when you completed the test) 2) Original Copy and Receipt from your Fingerprinting
|
- REINSTATMENT: Complete NJ REC FORM 002
|

| • MEMBERSHIP & STATE FEES |
|
|
- Membership Fees (Choose 1)
- $75 - 60/40 Split (you get 60%)
- $100 - 80/20 Split (you get 80%)
- $200 - 100% Split (minus a $100 per transaction fee)
|
- State Fees ( One of Following will Apply )
- Transfer: $25 (Any License Currently Active)
- Reinstatement Transfer - Within current license term: $25
- Reinstatement of an Unrenewed license:
- $150 (Salesperson) or $250 (Broker Salesperson)
- New Licensee: $160 (Salesperson) or $260 (Broker Salesperson)

Note: If your license has not been renewed in the past two years it may be about to expire and you will be responsible to retake the real estate class over again and will have to retake and pass the exam to get your license back.
